Delivery Policy:

We deliver our Spoken English course via the web-page which appears right after a successful payment, or a downloadable link via an email; however, we advise do not rely on email sometimes it cannot be delivered, so download the purchase from the web-page.

Where can I find my purchase?

On the “purchase download page” which will appear after the payment, or a downloadable link if sent to you via an email from our side. If you received a downloadable link via an email then the link will be active for a limited time and can be used to download the purchase up to three times in case you missed the download for any reason.

If you could not find the email in your inbox, then please check your spam folder or other folders of your email.

What if I could not download the purchase?

In case you could not download the product, then you must contact us within three working days from the date of your purchase. If you do not contact us within three working days from the date of your purchase, then the product you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
