The English Hub me aap ka khair maqdam hai. Ye Terms of Service hamare digital aur practical basic se advanced self-study Spoken English course ke istemaal par lagu hote hain. Course ko khareedne ya use karne ka matlab hai ke aap in tamam terms ko samajh kar unhein accept karte hain.

1. General Terms

1.1 Any discounts, offers, or promotions may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Koee bhi discounts, offers ya promotions kisi bhi waqt baghair pehle se ittila diye khatam ya band kiye ja sakte hain.

1.2 We do not provide phone or regular email support. However, we may respond to necessary purchase or payment-related queries via email or WhatsApp without any guaranteed response time.
Hum phone ya regular email support provide nahi karte. Albatta, zaroori purchase ya payment se mutalliq sawalaat ya masail ke liye hum email ya WhatsApp ke zariye jawab de sakte hain, lekin kisi khaas waqt me jawab dene ki koi guarantee nahi di jati.

Ye course is baat ka dawa nahi karta ke ye mukammal English learning solution hai. Iske baad bhi aap ko mazeed English seekhne ki zarurat ho sakti hai.

2.3 We do not guarantee any specific results or improvement. Progress depends on the learner’s ability, consistency, and practice.
Hum kisi khaas natije ya improvement ki guarantee nahi dete. Taraqqi learner ki samajh, lagataar practice aur mehnat par depend karti hai.

2.4 We do not guarantee that all learners will find the course easy to understand.

Hum is baat ki guarantee nahi dete ke course ka material har shakhs ki expectations par pura utrega. Asal course ka content sample se mukhtalif ho sakta hai.

Self-issued certificate sirf course completion ke liye diya jata hai aur ye learner ki qabiliyat ya proficiency ki koi guarantee ya numayindagi nahi karta.

5.1 This course is recommended for individuals 18 years or older, as younger learners may find it difficult to understand the content.
Ye course 18 saal ya us se zyada umar ke afraad ke liye recommend kiya jata hai, kyun ke kam umar ke learners ko isay samajhne me mushkil pesh aa sakti hai.

6.1 The course is promoted as: “Learn to Speak English through Hyderabadi Roman Urdu / Roman Urdu / Roman Hindi,” and we advise reviewing the “course sample” before purchase.
Ye course “Hyderabadi Roman Urdu / Roman Urdu / Roman Hindi ke zariye English bolna seekhein” ke taur par promote kiya jata hai. Hum mashwara dete hain ke purchase se pehle course sample dekh kar zaban ko samajh lein.

7. Usage Restrictions

7.1 You are not allowed to share, resell, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, store, or use the course for teaching or training without prior written permission.
Aap ko baghair likhi hui ijazat ke course ko share karna, resell karna, reproduce karna, distribute karna, modify karna, translate karna, store karna ya teaching/training ke liye istemaal karna mana hai.

7.2 Legal action may be taken in case of violation.
Agar koi in terms ki khilaaf warzi karta hai, toh uske khilaf qanoni karwai ki ja sakti hai.

8. Updates & Availability

8.1 We do not provide free updates. Updated versions must be purchased separately.
Hum course ke liye free updates provide nahi karte. Agar updated version available ho, toh use alag se khareedna padega.

8.2 We may modify, discontinue, or stop selling the course or services at any time without prior notice.
Hum kisi bhi waqt baghair ittila diye course ya services ko modify, band ya bechna rok sakte hain.

9. Delivery

9.1 The course is delivered via download page, email link, or WhatsApp (link and/or password) after successful payment.
Course successful payment ke baad download page, email link ya WhatsApp (link ya password) ke zariye diya jata hai.

9.2 Do not rely only on email delivery, as emails may sometimes not be delivered.
Sirf email par bharosa na karein, kyun ke kabhi kabhi email deliver nahi hoti.

9.3 WhatsApp delivery requires correct contact details provided at the time of purchase.

10. Download Issues

10.1 Contact us within 3 working days if you cannot access the product.
Agar aap product access nahi kar paate, toh 3 working days ke andar hume contact karein.

10.2 After that, the product will be considered delivered.
Iske baad product ko delivered maana jayega.

11. No Return, Refund or Cancellation

11.1 No return, refund, or cancellation is provided due to the digital nature of the product.
Product ke digital hone ki wajah se return, refund ya cancellation provide nahi kiya jata.

12. Data Loss / Recovery

12.1 No recovery is provided if the course is lost. A new purchase may be required.
Agar course kho jaye, delete ho jaye ya access na rahe, toh recovery provide nahi ki jati. Aisi surat me dobara purchase karna pad sakta hai.

13. Issue Resolution Time

Kisi bhi masle ko hal karne me 7 working days ya us se zyada waqt lag sakta hai.

Course purchase karne ka matlab hai ke aap in tamam terms ko accept karte hain.
